Jennifer Tavis is a skilled leader with over a decade of experience in senior positions in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.  Her experience ranges from COO of the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission to Executive Director of IDNYC.  She has consulted for clients in financial services, transportation, municipal government, and nonprofits. Her passion for operations is a common thread in everything she does.  Jennifer lives in the town of Merrick in Nassau County with her husband, son and two cats.
